Great Western Dining at Blue River, Longview, Maple Woods, and Penn Valley is looking for part-time workers to fill positions for Line Server and Cashier.

Essential Functions

• Line Server: The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Cashier: The cashier is responsible for operating the cash register or Point of Sale Station (POS), including cash and credit card transactions.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of customer service and hospitality
• Ability to work in a friendly and positive attitude
• Skilled in strong interpersonal skills
• Skilled in any language other than English a plus

Physical Requirements
Positions in this class typically requires feeling, grasping, hearing, keyboarding, reaching, repetitive motion, standing, talking, visual acuity, and walking up to 8 hours a day.

The work is sedentary work which requires exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly.
