Position Summary

Under general direction from the Supervisor the Grounds Lead will perform general landscape and grounds maintenance functions, and other duties as assigned. The Grounds Lead will assist the supervisor in their absence to help guide fellow team members, promoting teamwork and effective communication. The Grounds lead will be subject for call back for any grounds-related emergency, operate various grounds maintenance and landscape tools, and equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.

Required Education

• High School Diploma

Required Experience

• 3 years experience in grounds/landscaping or similar work

Required License/Certification

• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred License/Certification

• Pesticide License

Pay Information

$16.00 - $19.04/ hour depending on experience
