Anna Maria College, a private Catholic institution located in Paxton, Massachusetts, invites applications for the position of Head Softball Coach. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of leading and developing a competitive NCAA Division III softball program.

Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership and direction for all phases of the softball program.
• Planning and conducting practices, game preparation, and in-game coaching.
• Identifying, recruiting, and retaining qualified student-athletes who align with the College’s academic and athletic standards.
• Managing program budgets, team travel, and scheduling of games and practices.
• Supporting the academic progress, personal development, and campus engagement of student-athletes.
• Ensuring compliance with all College, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
• Supervising and mentoring assistant coaches.
• Engaging with alumni and fostering program support and connections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Collegiate playing and/or coaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining student-athletes.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture.
• Knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations.
