JOB TITLE:

Marketing and Communications Assistant

JOB PURPOSE:

Assist the WYECPLC Senior Program Coordinator and team of Learning Specialists with marketing and communication to support statewide training and outreach.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage approval and reporting on statewide trainings (STARS training system)
• Website and email platform management (Squarespace, Constant Contact)
• Oversee learning management system and monitor course completion (Articulate Rise)
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook)
• Assist with podcast production and dissemination (Podbean)
• Assist with design and distribution of marketing materials (Adobe Suite)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
