As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with divisional goals, ensuring consistency and excellence across university-wide initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to provide expert generalist advice, engage in strategic planning, and collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to drive impactful HR solutions.

Your expertise will help shape a supportive and dynamic environment, fostering growth and development at every level.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with divisional leadership to align HR initiatives with strategic goals and drive implementation.
  • Provide Expert HR Advice: Offer guidance on HR policies, performance management, and organisational design, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Facilitate Talent Management: Lead workforce planning and talent discussions, supporting development and succession planning.
  • Engage with Centres of Excellence: Broker specialised HR support and training to meet Divisional needs and enhance employee development.
