Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT Support

Associate degree or 2 years of post-secondary education in an IT related field or professional certificate from AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, Google, HDI, IAPP, ISACA, ISC2, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft and 1 year of experience or high school diploma and 2-3 years experience in an IT support related field.

Job Summary:
Senior Information Center Consultant
Investigates and resolves software and hardware problems. Provides technical consultation services and provides recommendations. Uses modern device management tools to provide proactive support. Foster environments for learning and feedback within the campus community. Assists with training and mentoring of newer staff in similar positions. Assist with supervision of Help Desk operations, including student workers. Provide technical leadership in exploring innovations and OIT projects.

Information Center Consultant
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for students, staff, and faculty. Interact with customers. Provide guidance on best practices and OIT standards. Participate in outreach activities. Assist with information gathering and related reporting procedures.
