Job Summary:
Attract international and domestic graduate applicants by developing and implementing internal and external recruitment strategies, identifying applicant sources, and developing attraction tools. Effectively leverage Indiana State's CRM (Slate) to manage enrollment funnels and communicate in a timely manner with both students and the network of International educational partners, and graduate program directors. Represent Indiana State University at recruitment fairs, exhibitions, conventions, etc.
