Your opportunity
As an International Student Support Officer within International Student Support and Success, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support to international students across their study journey. Working in a cross-campus team, you’ll ensure students receive timely, accurate advice - responding to, triaging and escalating enquiries as required.
You will make an impact by:
- Providing advice and support to international students on enrolment, visas, welfare and administrative matters
- Managing confirmations of enrolment, study variations and accurate student records
- Supporting international student induction, engagement and community activities
- Collaborating with internal teams, partners and external agencies to resolve student matters
What you will bring
You’re a student-focused professional who enjoys working in a diverse, service-driven environment and takes pride in helping students succeed. You bring a calm, organised approach and strong communication skills to every interaction.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
- A relevant qualification at certificate level with experience in higher education, international admissions, or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly across diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with sound administrative and time management capability
- Well-developed computing skills, including experience with student management systems and databases
- A genuine commitment to equity, cultural diversity and WHS principles

Your opportunity is:
- Part-time (80%), continuing (permanent)
- Located at Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450
- HEW Level 4. The base salary for a full-time position ranges from $75,500 – $81,079 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $94,862.
