Lead Groundskeeper at Manchester University

Regular Full-Time, North Manchester, IN, US

Salary Range: $14.80 To $17.83 Hourly

Join Manchester University and help shape the campus experience from the ground up. We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage grounds maintenance at both our North Manchester campus and Koinonia Environmental & Retreat Center.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise grounds staff and student workers
• Maintain turf, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and athletic fields
• Coordinate with contractors and support seasonal tasks like snow removal
• Manage irrigation systems and synthetic turf upkeep

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in groundskeeping (1+ year in leadership preferred)
• Strong equipment and turf maintenance knowledge
• Communication and team leadership skills
• Valid driver's license
