Lead Training Specialist
This position may be eligible for a hybrid or remote work arrangement consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station. If business needs change, an individual employee's designation may be adjusted with a required minimum of ten (10) business days' notice unless employee conduct or safety issues necessitate otherwise at the discretion of management.
The Lead Training Specialist will report to the Director and will be responsible for providing direct supervision and oversight to the training specialist team. The Lead training specialist will the development and delivery of curricula and instructional programs (both in person, classroom and in an online environment) with a focus on topics relevant to child welfare and human services.
In addition, this position will be responsible for other deliverables on a variety of projects with other community organizations. These services include facilitation of large and small groups, writing for publications, providing training, technical assistance, and implementation support.
