As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work within a non-teaching capacity to support learners who have learning difficulties and or disabilities.

Whether you might be an aspiring teacher, psychology graduate, looking to develop further into the educational or care industry, or simply wanting a job where the main focus is helping other people, if you are creative and enjoy using technology as an aid for your work, you will enjoy working with Confetti.

You Will

  • Support tutors to personalise the preparation of learning/teaching resources, setting up specialist equipment
  • Support learners’ development of literacy and / or numeracy skills
  • Maintain full, accurate and up to date records
  • Engage with performance review and appraisal process
  • Undertake any other duties as deemed necessary to fulfil the post
  • Have GCSE Maths and English
  • Have a passion and interest for working with SEN learners
  • Have to be able to satisfy an enhanced DBS check (paid for by the company)
