"Lecturer/Assistant Professor in General Nursing"

Applications are invited for a specified purpose post of a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in General Nursing within UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems.

The School wishes to appoint a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Nursing to lead out on the Academic and Practice Placement development and implementation of the new NMBI undergraduate curricula revision for Nursing and Midwifery. The post holder will be the academic lead for the curricula working group and will represent the group at an operational and strategic level in the School.

The postholder will drive the revised curricula development and implementation process from initial concept. This will involve working collaboratively with an assigned project manager, a wide range of academic colleagues, school and university administrators, student representatives, clinical partners and external stakeholders to ensure the curricula are evidence based and meet all professional regulatory and statutory requirements.

95 Lecturer/Asst Professor Above The Bar (7943) Salary Scale: €64,753 - €102,539 Per Annum Pro Rata @ 0.5 FTE

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
