Position description
The Rady School of Management is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff, and student body, and has occasional openings for temporary non-senate faculty (Unit 18 Lecturers). The Rady research areas of Marketing, Economics and Strategy, Management, and Innovation, Technology, and Operations are seeking candidates who will support and enhance our teaching mission. Ideal candidates will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality education. Undergraduate and graduate courses for which lectures may be needed during the 2026-27 AY include but are not limited to:

MGT 100 Customer Analytics
MGT 106 Sales & Sales Marketing
MGT 112 Global Business Strategy
MGT 118 Fundamentals of Global Business
MGT 168 Managerial Decision Making
Graduate
MGT 440 Supply Chain Cost Management Strategy

Qualifications
Basic qualifications (required at time of application)
Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Economics, Management, Marketing... Qualified candidates will have at least one year of teaching experience or specialized field expertise...
Preferred qualifications
Graduate degree... Subject matter expertise... Teaching experience of 3+ years.
