Lecturer in Discipline
The Department of Economics invites applications for a lecturer position in its undergraduate and graduate programs beginning July 1, 2026. This is a full-time position with multi-year renewal contingent on successful review. Applicants must have experience teaching Economics at the undergraduate and Masters level. The expected course load is four courses per academic year; this will include classes in corporate finance. The lecturer is expected to meet with students and to hold regular office hours. A Ph.D. in economics, demonstrated excellence in teaching at the advanced undergraduate and Masters level, and teaching experience in Finance and in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics or Econometrics are required. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in economics and to have demonstrated excellence in teaching Finance and Microeconomics, Macroeconomics or Econometrics at the undergraduate and master's level.
