The University of West London is seeking a Lecturer in Law to join the School of Law. The role involves teaching a range of modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supporting course development, and contributing to the research and publication profile of the department.
The School: The School of Law is active, progressive, and innovative, focusing on the teaching of legal practice with an emphasis on student development, employability, and contextual learning. It uses active teaching methods and has high student satisfaction rates.
The Role: Teach modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels; support course development; contribute to research and publications.
The Person: Requires substantial experience in teaching academic and/or professional training courses; knowledge of two foundations of legal knowledge subjects and practical legal skills; experience in higher education; ability to teach at various levels; undertake research; work in teaching teams; and maintain links with the legal sector.
