The Opportunity

Bring your clinical expertise into the classroom and help shape the next generation of pharmacists.

The Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is seeking a Lecturer (Practice) to contribute their expertise to the Graduate Certificate of Pharmacist Prescribing. This role will ensure pharmacists are prepared to make safe person-centred management decisions for common primary care conditions.

About the Role

You will:

• Deliver engaging learning including simulation workshops and assessments
• Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement Lead assessment development and moderation
• Coordinate physical examination teaching, including staffing and equipment
• Recruit and support sessional clinicians
• Build strong partnerships with industry and professional stakeholders

About You

You are an Ahpra registered health care professional with current or previous independent prescribing rights (e.g. medical practitioner, nurse-practitioner) who has strong expertise in clinical assessment and prescribing, and a passion for authentic, industry-aligned education. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and external partners to ensure programs remain relevant and contemporary.
