LEO Intermittent Lecturer
Reporting to the Associate Dean for Academic Programming, the University of Michigan Law School is hiring a LEO intermittent lecturer to teach a two-credit seminar (20% effort for the semester) on Business Planning during the winter 2026 semester. The selected candidate will be expected to teach, hold regular office hours, evaluate students' performance, and assign grades.
- JD degree or equivalent
- 20+ years of legal practice experience in the private sector
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate, M&A, financing, and technology transactions
