The Licensure Coordinator will work with faculty and students to ensure that all parties have access and an understanding of all third-party software vendors. The position requires overseeing CORE and Field Experience Management software for licensure courses, making sure that rubrics, instructions, and templates are in working order and in the proper sections for assignments each sub term. The position also requires procurement of vouchers for EdTPA and all software in licensure courses as well as distribution, support, and management of their use within courses. This position is in person at Liberty University's Lynchburg, VA campus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate, manage and support CORE and Field Experience Management software for over 200 licensure courses each sub term
- Accreditation and licensure projects and reporting
- Support of the Director of Licensure Programs
- Communicate, manage, and support other third-party vendors
- Develop training for faculty and SMEs on appropriate access and use of software
- Collaborate with the School of Education leadership team, data team and accreditation team on accreditation and licensure projects and reporting
- Research and update the State Approvals website
- Updating the Georgia database and communicating with students in the GA inbox, as a support to the Director of Licensure Programs
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
Education and Experience
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Institutional knowledge of Liberty University
- Experience with CORE or other Field Experience Management software
- Experience and knowledge of EdTPA

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work Environment
The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this position is a climate-controlled setting. It is well lighted, and the noise level is moderate. Working environment may include facilitation of events outdoors occasionally.
Driving Requirements
If the employee is required to travel in performing the duties and responsibilities of the position, the use of one's personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) may be required for travel. Proof of a valid driver's license, an acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval, and liability insurance are required when driving in the performance of the employee's position.
