Manager of Engagement and Belonging
Classification: Administrator I
Department: The Office of Engagement and Belonging within the Division of Human Resources and Inclusive Excellence is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive campus community. Through programs and initiatives focused on success, community celebration, and inclusive culture, the office promotes belonging, learning, collaboration, and equity-minded engagement for students and employees across campus.
Salary Range: $7,500 - $9,200 per month
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Essential Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Five years of progressive professional experience in higher education administration, assessment, learning and development, or a related area. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. Ability to manage work demands and time management with autonomy. Experience in data analysis, program evaluation, or assessment practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's or doctoral degree in higher education, organizational development, social sciences, or a related field. Experience developing and delivering training or curriculum. Knowledge of engagement, belonging, and inclusive excellence practices. Experience with assessment tools, reporting, and data-informed decision-making.
