Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join Marketing and Student Recruitment, Engagement, Chancellery Division.
The Marketing Coordinator, International Marketing Services is responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing content and campaigns that support international student recruitment objectives. The role works across digital, print and owned channels, helping to bring course and recruitment messaging to life through clear, accurate and engaging content. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, the position coordinates campaign activity end to end, including timelines, stakeholders, reporting and delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys balancing creative input with strong organisation and collaboration, and who is comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a degree in marketing or a related field, with subsequent relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to write, edit and curate content, including good knowledge of web standards, accessibility and usability (including SEO skills).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate digital campaigns that achieve results.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills with demonstrated experience in consulting and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels.
- Understanding and demonstrating project management principles and methodologies by developing and leading project plans, creating timelines and coordination of project resources.
- Demonstrated communication skills including the ability to prepare clear and concise submission, reports, plans and complex correspondence.
