About the area
The Brand, Marketing and Recruitment (BMR) division enhances UWA’s reputation and drives student recruitment by consolidating all marketing, communications and future student engagement activities into one integrated team. The Marketing Performance and Operations team delivers strategic brand direction, global marketing activity and digital communications, working collaboratively across the University to implement effective marketing initiatives that attract students and partners to UWA.
About the opportunity
- Maintain and optimise UWA’s digital channels, ensuring content and technical updates align with business needs.
- Support user experience improvements by monitoring audience journeys and identifying digital content opportunities.
- Contribute to website reporting, data tracking and analytics frameworks to support evidence-based decision-making.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills relevant to stakeholder communications and project management.
- Highly skilled in enterprise-level digital content management systems and content testing platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in applying UX principles and design thinking to websites and digital experiences.
- Experience in deriving user behaviour insights and creating reports using Google Analytics and other data platforms.
