Medical Director of Liver Transplant

The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE is actively recruiting a dynamic and experienced physician to join our team as a Liver Transplant Medical Director. In this role, the selected candidate will serve as the visionary leader for developing and maintaining liver transplant care teams focusing on outstanding patient care, resident education, and scholarly academic activity. They will be responsible for the clinical and academic growth of the program and strategize and implement future initiatives.

Since its inception in 1985, Nebraska Medicine's Liver Failure and Transplant Program has earned international recognition, a worldwide referral base and Medicare designation. Required Qualifications:

MD, DO, MBBS or equivalent
Board certified in internal medicine.
Board certified/eligible in gastroenterology or hepatology

Salary Range: Salary Commensurate with Experience
