Military Recruitment Specialist

Class Description
The position will lead targeted recruitment of veterans, active-duty military, and military-affiliated students, both locally and overseas, while also promoting and recruiting for Continuing Education and Workforce Development (CEWD) programs. Special emphasis will be placed on high-demand certificate programs. The position will also engage special populations and develop strategic partnerships with community organizations, grants, and resources.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in education, communications, social sciences, business, marketing, STEM, or a related field is required. Three (3) years of full-time experience in education or recruitment required. Relevant experience includes secondary education, higher education, sales, community outreach, program coordination, or developing outreach programs. Prior military service with an honorable discharge and at least two years of military service preferred.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field.
