Minerva's Mobile Health Office Manager
The Office Manager for Minerva Mobile Health plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of a mobile healthcare delivery program that serves underserved communities and provides clinical training for nursing students. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational coordination of the mobile clinic, supporting clinical workflows, and assisting with program development and evaluation. Works closely with the Project Manager. A valid North Carolina driver’s license is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND ONE YEAR OF RELATED OFFICE EXPERIENCE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or community-based setting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn electronic health record systems.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve in dynamic environments, and support a diverse team.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends during special events or mobile clinic service hours.
- Experience with community health or mobile clinic settings.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA, and healthcare billing procedures.
