Program Management - GCNBFP

  • Lead programs and activities related to the Golub Capital Nonprofit Board Fellows Program, including the current student program, the Ross Board Builders program, and place-based programming.
  • Design, manage, and assess the Golub Capital Nonprofit Board Fellows Program for current students and the Ross Board Builders for alumni, overseeing educational coordination, student and partner recruitment, fellow/alum experience, logistics, and post-program evaluation.
  • Develop evaluation and continuous improvement processes for program results, including developing and refining workflows, resources, and partnership structures.
  • Oversee program budgets and prepare summaries for leadership.

Data, Assessment & Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead data collection processes to evaluate co-curricular learning, impact, and operational outcomes, as well as track stakeholder and donor engagement.
  • Surface student and other stakeholder experience and insights, contributing to data-informed program enhancements.
  • Identify and manage special projects and strategic initiatives that advance B+I's impact goals, creating project plans and coordinating implementation.
  • Oversee the development of new student engagement events, including logistics, communications, and evaluation.

Collaboration, Engagement & Communication

  • Build and sustain partnerships with faculty and staff, donors, and campus partners, including other institutes or centers, schools/colleges, clubs, admissions, and alumni relations.
  • Cultivate relationships with outstanding nonprofit and community partners for student program engagement, including advertising to, recruiting, project scoping, and placing mission-driven organizations.
  • Represent Ross at events, conferences, and recruitment activities to enhance program visibility and impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and related professional experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in nonprofit program management, higher education administration, student affairs, or related fields.
  • Direct experience with scaling programs, and managing new projects from launch to assessment.
  • Experience in the collection and interpretation of data.
  • Experience preparing and delivering communications and presentations to varied audiences.
  • Experience fostering strong stakeholder relationships and community partnerships.
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking program expenditures.
  • Familiarity with and interest in nonprofit organizations.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts and tools.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft application suites.

The posting range for this position is $64,000 to $79,000. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
