Position Description
The Department of Sociology seeks to develop a pool of candidates for possible temporary/nontenured faculty to teach. Temporary/nontenured faculty are appointed to teach one to four courses per semester. Teaching appointments are based on student demand on a semester-by-semester basis. Eligibility for annual reappointment is contingent upon satisfactory annual performance evaluations during the term period, in addition to continuity of funding and departmental/school/program needs.
Successful candidates will teach at the Round Rock, TX TXST campus.
Per course adjunct to teach one Introduction to Sociology (SOCI 1310) course on the Round Rock campus fall 2025.
