Nurse Practitioner Supervisor
Supervises the clinical staff in the Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine clinics. Supervises nurse practitioners responsible for patient evaluation, testing, diagnosis, plans of care, and treatment within a clinical department or specialty practice area. As a supervisor, receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the processes by which to attain them. Additionally supervises the MA, LVN and registered nurses responsible for triage of occupational injuries, employment physicals, staff Return to Work eligibility, and immunizations and health screenings. Generates the Health Screening compliance reports for leadership, Joint Commission and CMS surveys. Oversees outreach and special projects. Keeps clinic staff and site licensure up to date. Additional clinic and supervisory responsibilities.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $144,200 - $350,000 (Annual Rate).
