"Nursing Instructor, Full-time, Non-Tenure-line"

Full-time, term (non-tenure-line) nursing education instructor position with expected primary teaching responsibilities on the Jamestown Campus in the newly developed LPN program, beginning August 2025. Term of one academic year, subject to renewal. Responsibilities may include teaching a variety of first and second-semester courses in the LPN curriculum track. Additional responsibilities include the potential for cross-over teaching in the first and second year of the RN curriculum track. Courses may include conducting classroom-based lectures, overseeing clinical groups, and delivering both individual and group laboratory instruction. Additional responsibilities include engaging in program decision-making regarding curriculum, leading review sessions, and collaborating across disciplines to develop new learning opportunities in healthcare fields.

Full-time instructional faculty at JCC are responsible for teaching, driving course and program development, working directly with students in the teaching and evaluation of learning, engaging in the work of the college, and continuing to develop as professional educators.
