Great Falls College in Great Falls, Montana, is seeking an experienced and visionary Nursing Program Director to provide leadership, innovation, and strategic direction for our nursing program.
As Program Director, you will have the rank, authority, and institutional support needed to effectively manage and advance the program. You will oversee curriculum development, implementation, and continuous evaluation to ensure student success, faculty excellence, and ongoing compliance with accreditation standards. Your leadership will foster collaboration, professional growth, and a strong culture of academic and clinical excellence.

This is a 12-month position with a typical on-campus schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with some flexibility possible.

Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications - Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills
- Current unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Montana
- A graduate degree in nursing from a nationally recognized accredited program
- At least 2 years of experience in nursing practice
- At least 2 years of experience in nursing education
- Educational preparation or experience in curriculum development and administration
