The Section of Transplant Medicine is a burgeoning unit within the Department of Medicine, bringing together multidisciplinary teams in a highly collaborative, mission-driven environment. With expanding clinical programs and a strong commitment to innovation and patient-centered care, the section offers a unique opportunity to be part of a team at the forefront of life-saving transplant medicine
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex clinical scheduling across inpatient services, transplant and hepatology clinics, outreach sites, and provider availability.
- Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communications.
- Plan and execute events and educational programming, including webinars, meetings, and faculty recruitment visits.
- Manage travel logistics and expense processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies.
- Support procurement activities and financial tracking, including purchasing and budget coordination for events and operations.
- Coordinate provider credentialing and licensure processes, ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with faculty, staff, trainees, and external partners.
Work Location: Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week on the CU Anschutz Campus and as needed for in-person meetings.
