Minimum Education and Experience:

MD, DO, or equivalent degree is required. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and subspecialty certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). Must be eligible for medical licensure in NJ. Minimum of five years of experience in maternal-fetal medicine, ultrasound expertise and invasive MFM procedures required. Demonstrated leadership experience in an academic setting; experience leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaborations across departments and institutions is preferred, Strong record of clinical excellence, research achievement, and commitment to education; candidates with a history of securing extramural research is preferred.

Experience in program development, faculty mentorship, and collaboration with health system leadership. Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives and population health strategies in perinatal care is preferred.
