Operations Support Manager (Hybrid) - Pediatrics Central Administration
Position Summary
Responsible for operations, activities, events, facility and budgets of assigned department. Manages assigned staff. Makes decisions based on divisional values and customer-service needs, as well as project goals.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversees strategies and execution of operations, programs, and/or events.
- Develops standards and training of assigned staff.
- Manages and provides direction and oversight to assigned staff.
- Forecasts staffing needs and establishes staff schedule.
- Hires, on-boards, establishes goals and conducts annual evaluations.
- Analyzes effectiveness of operations, programs, events, etc.
- Serves as responsible for data integrity.
- Oversees assigned budget.
- Ensures facility, utilities, equipment and furnishing are properly maintained and in working order.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment. Typically sitting at desk or table. Repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement. Office equipment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education. Relevant Experience (5 Years).
Preferred Qualifications
Customer Service, Supervision, Team Operations.
