Part-Time EXERCISE SCIENCE Instructor (Applicant Pool)

Perimeter College is seeking part-time instructors in Exercise Science who will play a key role in educating and supporting students.

Required Education

To qualify to teach Exercise Science a minimum of a Master’s degree is required in the teaching discipline or a minimum of a Master’s degree with at least 18 semester or 27 quarter graduate hours in relevant coursework (completed by the anticipated date of appointment).

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

Teaching experience is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to teach Exercise Science class at the collegiate level.
• Ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods, relate to students and facilitate student learning.
• Effective communication skills needed.
• Excellent organizational and teaching skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology is required.

Salary: $3075 for each 3 credit hour course taught

Work Hours: Position may require non-standard hours (including day, evening, online, hybrid, weekend and/or other campus locations).
