Post Doctoral Associate (Canary Lab)
Applications are solicited for an individual to be appointed as a postdoctoral associate under the supervision of Professor James Canary. The research will focus on the electronically controlled development of DNA and peptide conjugation and reaction chemistry. Experience with bioconjugation chemistry is preferred but not required.
The terms of employment, which would be for a year, with a possibility of renewal, include a competitive salary and other benefits. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates will be considered until the position is filled.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, this position's annual base salary range is $62,500.00 – $62,500.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry.
