Mandatory requirements: Candidates must have a PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Engineering, or Chemical Engineering, obtained within the last 7 years, with a focus on the physical chemistry of colloids, surfaces, and interfaces; the ability to develop experimental methods, analyze and interpret data, and prepare scientific publications; a good command of written and spoken English; and experience with statistical data analysis.
Desirable requirements: Experience in developing experimental methods focused on the physical chemistry of colloids, surfaces, and interfaces; knowledge of polysaccharides and synthetic and/or natural surfactants; basic knowledge of optics.

This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 12,570.00 monthly and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent on items directly related to the research activity.
