Position Highlights
The individual hired as a Postdoctoral Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations for a planned sleep health research study. This individual will also participate in other research, student teaching, and administrative activities, as well as professional development activities in order for them to develop as a researcher. They will also regularly communicate with participants regarding sleep diaries and adverse events and will participate with Dr. Grandner in the analysis of the study findings and writing manuscripts.

Duties & Responsibilities
Duties:
- Recruit, screen, and enroll participants.
- Perform assessments and interventions.
- Analyze and interpret data, write manuscripts.
- Help supervise and train undergraduate students or other lab members.
- Lead the conduct of a Delphi process for the planned research study.
- Conduct analyses of Delphi process and draft results.
- Oversee the collection of sleep and circadian assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Database management and data analysis, alongside the study Principal Investigators and the study Statistician.
- Routinely interacts with peers and direct management. Exchanges information with other departments or external contacts to perform role and achieve objectives. May coordinate own work with that of other work groups.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.
- Ability to transfer knowledge and application of complex principles, theories and concepts to peers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Position is for a Postdoctoral candidate, must have a doctoral degree with field of study Research/Psychology/Sciences.
- Writing of manuscripts based on study findings.
- Adverse Event reporting and participant communication.
- Experience conducting a Delphi process.
- Experience conducting wearable-based sleep and circadian research.
- Experience conducting in-lab sleep and circadian research.
- Experience with clinical studies of sleep and circadian interventions.
