Postdoctoral Research Associate
Perform immunological assays including T cell Elispots, T cell Proliferation, FACS analysis, FLOW sorting, Magnetic bead separation of immune cells, chlamydia mouse model work, tissue culture, PCR, mouse dissection and tissue harvest, preparation and staining of tissue for IHC, data analysis, manuscript writing, contribute to grant proposals with figures, and data presentations. Present data nationally and internationally, train graduate students and undergraduate students in lab techniques.
