Join Mercy University's Office of Accessibility as a Staff Part-Time Proctor for the Office of Disability Services (ODS), where you'll play an essential role in supporting students with disabilities achieve their academic goals. What You'll Do

• Administer accommodated exams in a supportive, distraction-free environment
• Ensure testing accommodations are implemented according to individual student needs
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with sensitive student information
• Collaborate with faculty and ODS staff to coordinate exam schedules and requirements
• Monitor testing sessions while providing appropriate assistance when needed
• Document and report any testing irregularities or concerns

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of or willingness to learn about disability services and accommodations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain professional boundaries
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
