Program Coordinator for Student Success
Job Summary
Are you enthusiastic about helping students understand different viewpoints and build strong connections? We are looking for an engaging facilitator and leader to promote dialogue, bridge-building, and interfaith community on our campus.
In this position, you will play a key role in shaping campus culture across the Centers for Student Success and Belonging within the Student Affairs division. You will help students build real connections across various backgrounds, and interfaith beliefs, and create programs that motivate the next generation of student leaders.
As the program coordinator, you will have the following Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and assess dynamic workshops and training sessions, along with resources that empower students to engage in meaningful dialogue across diverse perspectives.
- Designs, facilitates, and evaluates engagement opportunities and resources to strengthen belonging, wellbeing, and academic success for students navigating religious and spiritual diversity.
- Develops services to increase awareness, capacity, and skills related to dialogue, bridge building, and navigating differences.
- Serve as a campus resource and collaborator, guiding efforts to strengthen interfaith dialogue and foster a deep sense of belonging.
- Supervise a dedicated student intern and lead our Interfaith Fellows Program, guiding students as they develop their own leadership and facilitation skills.
- Work collaboratively within a team of professionals to integrate restorative dialogue practices into the Centers for Student Success and Belonging.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Organizes student-focused programming and resources to promote new and ongoing educational initiatives
- Serves as a subject matter expert regarding student affairs to internal and external stakeholders
- Generates and analyzes reports of curricular and unit outcomes
- Provides high-quality support, supervision, and mentorship to the Interfaith Fellows program, a cohort of undergraduate students focused on growing knowledge about the variety of global religious traditions and developing skills to communicate with people across differences.
- Support, supervise, and actively mentor student interns, fostering their personal and professional development, while cultivating a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Writes, edits, and publishes content for various communication projects and marketing platforms to align with strategic initiatives and established communication campaigns
- Creates and maintains schedules, logistics, and resources for one or multiple student affairs programs, activities, and/or services
