In this role, you will manage asset replacement and refurbishment projects across the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard while supporting long-term asset performance and UOW’s capital management objectives. This includes coordinating design and construction, administering contracts, preparing project documentation, and managing multiple concurrent projects. You will bring strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, a solid understanding of building systems and construction methods, and the ability to identify and manage risks.
You will also have experience engaging consultants and contractors, a sound understanding of WHS legislation and industry best practice and ideally experience with MW21/GC21 contracts and lifecycle asset management.
The role requires on-site work across UOW campuses and a current Australian Driver Licence.
