Job Description
- Full-time, Ongoing position at HEW Level 6.
- Parramatta South campus with flexible working arrangements.
- Salary: $95,777 – $102,659 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.
The Opportunity
The Project Officer plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across the Faculty of SABEL. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Dean and Faculty General Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals. You will contribute to project planning, track progress, prepare documentation, and help maintain strong communication channels between project stakeholders.
You will analyse project and operational data, identify trends to strengthen strategic decision-making. You will also prepare briefs, options papers, recommendations, and other documentation that synthesise complex information into clear, actionable proposals.
Your work will help enable smooth project execution, informed decision-making, and effective stakeholder engagement across the Faculty.
What Success Looks Like
- Deliver timely coordination, monitoring, and reporting across multiple Faculty projects.
- Prepare high quality proposals, briefs, and reports that support evidencebased decisionmaking.
- Provide reliable administrative support, including records management and meeting secretariat duties.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication
