Position Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President and Chief of Staff, the Project Coordinator provides execution, production, and research support across the Office of the President, ensuring high-quality materials and preparation for presidential priorities and engagements.
This position is an on-site role, with the primary office being located at the Rose Hill (Bronx) campus. This position will require travel to our Lincoln Center (Manhattan) campus. The Project Coordinator might be required to work nights and weekends as assigned by the VP/Chief of Staff to staff the President at events.
Essential Functions:
- Develops high-quality presentations for Board of Trustees, Cabinet, and external engagements
- Conducts research to support presidential speeches and communications.
- Coordinate assembly of briefing packets for meetings and events with the Director of Presidential Operations.
- Builds and assembles briefing documents, including gathering, synthesizing, and organizing inputs.
- Conducts research and prepares background materials to support presidential engagements and decision-making.
- Supports execution of special projects and initiatives through coordination, tracking, and material development.
- Maintains a centralized knowledge repository, including briefings, speeches, and Board materials.
- Ensures consistency, formatting, and quality of all documents produced by the Office of the President.
- Maintains tracking systems for follow-up actions and provides updates on status and progress.
- Utilizes AI and generative tools to enhance the efficiency, quality, and speed of research, presentation development, and material production.
- Supports overall coordination and execution of presidential priorities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of project coordination or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and presentation preparation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Higher education experience.
- Experience supporting executive offices.
Minimum Salary:
$70,000
Maximum Salary:
$85,000
