Project Coordinator

Full-time, fixed-term (until Jun 2027) position at our Hawthorn campus

About the Role
As the Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects and programs within the Delivery Management Office. Working under general direction, you will provide essential operational and administrative support, including scheduling, reporting, governance support and project controls.
You will work closely with Program Directors, Project Managers and project teams to ensure processes, schedules and reporting requirements are delivered to a high standard, supporting the effective management of multiple concurrent initiatives.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Experience working within the Project and Program Management space
- Demonstrated sound knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Demonstrated experience in project/program financial support, including tracking and reconciliation, reporting, and basic analysis such as variance identification and summarising key drivers
- Demonstrated, relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and support services within a demanding, project/program focused environment
- Demonstrated outstanding stakeholder management skills with a willingness to go out of their way to ensure that the stakeholder is satisfied
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proven ability and skills in the use of Microsoft Office software packages including MSWord, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets and MS Project
Qualifications
- Completion of a Degree with relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administration fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
