Project Coordinator, SRS
PROJECT COORDINATOR, SRS, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab, coordinates and performs operational and administrative activities for programs and projects within MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL). This role works alongside the Improbable AI Lab, and will help facilitate research at the forefront of artificial intelligence and robotics. The Improbable AI Lab develops cutting-edge technologies that push the boundaries of what robots and AI can achieve in complex, real-world environments. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting this groundbreaking research by ensuring smooth operations, enabling collaboration, and helping to advance projects that are shaping the future of AI and robotics.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience; strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines; proficiency with collaboration tools, project management software, and documentation platforms; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
