Project Director, Math
Bank Street Education Center is seeking a Project Director of Math to lead projects within the K-12 Math Portfolio. The role involves overseeing project teams and workstreams, reporting to the Executive Director of K-12 Math, and collaborating with other directors and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director on business development, stakeholder management, and managing project teams.
- Identify opportunities for internal improvements and portfolio expansion.
- Cultivate relationships with partner school systems and stakeholders.
- Implement new partnerships and manage project design and implementation.
- Lead strategic planning, design professional learning arcs, and facilitate events.
- Collaborate on project milestones, data collection, and documentation.
- Lead presentations on project learnings.
Qualifications:
- Deep K-12 math content knowledge and background in progressive teaching, curriculum, instruction, and professional development.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Qualtrics, and other tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- At least 2 years of management experience and an M.A. in education or related field.
- Mindsets include flexibility, anti-racist lens, and culturally responsive perspective.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000. This position is contingent upon funding.
