Protocol Analyst I

Department/Organization:702105 - Office for Rsch Ethics & Compliance

Normal Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Summary:

The Protocol Analyst I completes intake, pre-review, and tracking of new research protocols, amendments, continuing reviews of protocols, and post approval monitoring for human, animal, and biosafety research. Provides guidance, assistance, and support to research faculty, staff, administration, and leadership.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher and some research integrity, compliance, policy, and/or regulations experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of higher education policies and research regulations. Basic technical knowledge and experience with electronic research database applications, data management systems, and electronic workflow systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year (1) of experience in healthcare, higher education administration, compliance, or regulatory positions.
