"Registered Nurse - Needham Operating Room ($20k Sign-On)"

Position Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Needham Operating Room.

Key Responsibilities

• Perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles in an ambulatory surgery setting
• Providing nurse sedation, preop, and post-op for adult endoscopy procedure
• Providing clinical support and resources.
• Working collaboratively in a family-centered perioperative environment.

Minimal Qualifications
Education

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of OR experience.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• 2 years of OR experience preferred.

Licensure/Certifications

• Massachusetts nursing license.

**Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time, 40 hour per week hires with over 2 years of direct OR experience as a RN (who have not worked here in the past 2 years). **

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
