We are seeking a Research Assistant - Building Black Justice Journalism to join Carumba Institute, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.

  1. Candidate must have experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in an ethical and culturally safe manner.
  2. While not a requirement, a background in journalism, law, justice or associated fields would be desirable.
  3. Strong writing and communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage workloads.
  5. Ability to undertake administrative duties, including organise travel.
