The Position
Research assistant positions at the Canberra Clinical School will support the establishment and development of range of projects including clinical and educational research projects, and will provide administrative support to the development of research capacity within the School.
The Person
We are looking for a capable organiser, with experience supporting in-person and online meetings, stakeholder engagement, document and spreadsheet management, project tracking. Experience analysing data and producing reports is highly desired.
The School
The ANU School of Medicine and Psychology (SMP) works to advance human health and wellbeing, enhancing the lives of individuals and strengthening communities, including those of Aboriginal and Torres Strait people in the ACT, NSW and beyond. The Canberra Clinical School sits within the ANU School of Medicine and Psychology and manages the delivery of clinical skills training, education and placements to medical students enrolled in a four-year post-graduate degree program working closely with its major education delivery partner Canberra health Services. Headed by Professor Martin Veysey the school is also committed to building its research capacity.
The College
The ANU College of Science and Medicine encompasses the disciplines of: Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Environment and Society, Mathematics, Physics, and Science Communication and is also home to a number of cross-disciplinary and specialist Institutes and Centres. Staff and students within the ANU College of Science and Medicine conduct research and deliver a research-led education program that encompasses the breadth of the sciences, supported by extensive international networks and by world-class facilities.
