Description

The Division of General Internal Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure research track. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree.

Research or scholarship responsibilities may include conducting and supporting impactful health services and health policy research using methods of statistics, sociology, epidemiology, demography, econometrics, or related disciplines that ultimately will be funded with external grants. Candidates should be skilled in advanced quantitative, qualitative, and/or mixed methods techniques appropriate for the understanding of the interplay of social, behavioral, and financial forces on health and health care.

Selected candidates may be required to mentor students and residents within the University.
